GYM and Rixa Promotions unite to present spectacular Quebec boxer Francis “The People Champ” Lafrenière (16-5-2, 9 KOs), who will pay for the final of the fourth gala of the 2017 season -2018 of the “Boxing Series CHRONO AVIATION 2017-2018”, March 15 at Cabaret Casino Montreal. For the occasion, the amateur favorite will defend his NABO middleweight title (160 lb) against the clever ex-world contender Albert “The Punisher” Onolunose (22-1-1, 7 K.-O.) Calgary.

In the semifinals of the evening, the French Olympian Montreal Christian “Solid” Mbilli (7-0-0, 7 KOs) will try to keep his record immaculate against an aggressive and seasoned brawler: Colossus Pavel Semjonov (22-8-2, 8 KOs) from Estonia.

The popular Shakeel “The Jamaican Juggernaut” Phinn (16-2-0.11 K.-O.) will also be in action during this evening!

Mise-O-Jeu presents the “CHRONO AVIATION Boxing Series”, in collaboration with Videotron, at Cabaret du Casino de Montréal.

Lafrenière will be looking to continue on his impressive 13 consecutive victories and at the same time, to defend for the second time his NABO crown won on February 24, 2017 in Quebec City against the Mexican Uriel
Gonzalez (15-1-1, 11 KOs)!

The gladiator of Coteau-du-Lac is currently ranked # 9 in the world by the WBO and # 15 by the IBF. A victory would allow him to continue his rise in the world rankings. Born in Benin City, Nigeria, Onolunose comes from a family of boxers: his two brothers, Eromosele Albert and Jegbefumere Albert, participated in the Olympic Games under the colors of Nigeria before making a career in professionals.

Arrived in Canada in 2001, Albert began his career in the paying ranks in 2004. His highest feat was to win the Canadian middleweight title (160 lb) on May 25, 2013 in Calgary against former Canadian Olympic boxing team member Michael Walchuk. His only career defeat was in the hands of the winner of the popular “The Contender” reality TV series, American Grady Brewer, on August 22, 2009 in California.
