Saturday Scorecard: Srisaket Sor Rungvisai wins a war vs. Estrada, Smith advances to WBSS final vs. Groves

Thai sensation Srisaket Sor Rungvisai (44-4-1, 39 KOs) successfully defended his WBC Super Flyweight title in a thrilling and narrow majority decision win over hardened Mexican Juan Francisco Estrada (36-3, 25KOs) on Saturday night on HBO’s Boxing After Dark.

On the undercard, long-time Filipino champion Donnie Nietes (41-1-4, 23 KOs) battered and stopped two-time world champion Juan Carlos Reveco (39-4, 19 KOs) in Round 7 to retain his IBF Flyweight title.

Rounding out the televised card was super flyweight McWilliams Arroyo (17-3, 14 KOs) who pounded out a ten round unanimous decision over former champion Carlos Cuadras (36-3-1, 27 KOs).

Top ranked super middleweight Callum Smith (24-0, 17 KOs) punched his ticket to the final of the World Boxing Super Series with a narrow decision win over Nicky Holzken Saturday in Germany.
