FightFan.com caught up with rising undefeated Canadian light welterweight Pier Olivier Cote (15-0-0, 10 KOs) who fights this Saturday night on the Pacquiao vs. Mosley undercard in Las Vegas!

Pier Olivier Cote: “It’s very exciting fighting out of Quebec, Canada right now because boxing is so big there. This is my second time fighting outside of my home country of Canada, but I am not distracted by the big event. My job is to fight.”
“I fought most of my career near the 130 pound limit but I’m 26 now, and I measured my bod fat percentage while at 140 pounds and it was 4.5 per cent. So I decided to fight at 140 and I feel very strong there. My last couple fights have been early knockouts and I’m definitely feeling that my power has improved and settled in.”
Stay tuned for a full video interview.
