During a jam-packed Media Workout Wednesday at the Joe Goossen Gym, undefeated, hard-hitting Cristobal Arreola (27-0, 24 KOs), of Riverside, Calif., by way of East Los Angeles, guaranteed he would defeat defending champion Vitali Klitschko (37-2, 36 KOs), of Germany, in their highly anticipated WBC heavyweight championship fight on Saturday, Sept. 26, at the Staples Center. “I’m gonna win this fight, I’m gonna do it,” Arreola said. “I’ve worked my butt off to get here and I’ve always seen this day coming.”

   When I first heard of this fight being made I thought there is no way Arreola stands a chance.

   I compared both fighters and thought all Arreola has power but Vitali has the better boxing skills, power and a good chin.

   I am now thinking twice because I’ve heard Christobal is training hard, trimming down and looking in great shape if that’s the case V.Klitschko has to be ready or else he’s in trouble.
